Zoot Enterprises Introduces WebRules Business Rules Developer Version 6.1

New version offers advanced management of custom business rules and logic

Bozeman, Mont –Zoot Enterprises, a leading provider of advanced instant credit decisioning and loan origination solutions, announced the release of Version 6.1 of its WebRules™ business rules developer.  WebRules is an object-oriented graphical interface for the development and ongoing management of custom business rules and logic.  Version 6.1 provides a variety of enhancements, including integration with Zoot’s Diakon™ test file modification tool.  The improved functionality is available to all previous users of WebRules.

WebRules 6.1 testing functionality allows users to quickly and easily access test files created with the Diakon test file modification tool.  The new version now supports fully integrated use of Diakon files, in addition to bureau files, making it a seamless process.  The Diakon files are available in the same drop-down list as the stored credit files. 

Enhanced speed, printing capabilities, communication tools and improved overall usability are features of WebRules 6.1.  Users now have the ability to send messages to other logged-in users.  This improves communication among WebRules users working on a specific platform and allows Zoot’s programmers to send messages across platforms.

WebRules 6.1 now has an effective, easy-to-use solution for updating objects when multiple users are logged in.  This feature notifies all logged-in users of changes being made as changes are implemented.

Another new feature of WebRules 6.1 is the consolidation of the user management functionality, which allows administrators to readily oversee their users.  Administrators retain the ability to restrict access to specific objects while maintaining current user access.
