Zoot Credit Characteristics (ZCC)

The Zoot Credit Characteristics™ (ZCC™) library is a set of credit attributes used in complex custom credit decisioning scorecards that are based on credit file information from the three U.S. consumer credit bureaus. The ZCC includes nearly 500 characteristics, allowing very complex scoring logic to be implemented without extensive time developing and testing credit attributes. Most commonly used industry-standard credit characteristics are included in the set. These attributes have been leveled across all three consumer credit bureaus and are updated and maintained by Zoot through each new credit bureau version update.

The specification and design of ZCC was developed independent of credit bureau influence to ensure unbiased results. Each characteristic has been tested through Zoot's extensive quality assurance process to ensure that they strictly meet specifications.

The ZCC is fully supported by the Zoot SPOC™ decision engine and other rapid development tools. Zoot's Attribute Editor allows standard attributes to be used as a base set for custom attributes. Given the breadth of credit characteristics available, clients can create any custom attribute needed to meet their organization's credit requirements. The ZCC also allows our clients to quickly evaluate new decisioning logic in a Champion-Challenger comparison.
